Classes and Pricing
Our progressive programme works for all fitness levels and we ensure that you get the attention you deserve from our coaches with our coach : member ratio of 1:20.
Each session begins with a gradual warm up using dynamic movements. This is followed by a pulse raiser to get the cardiovascular system working before going into the main body of the session. This will be broken down into 3 phases and will include strength and endurance exercises such as kettlebell training, power movements, free body conditioning and team activities which we term as ‘team play’.
Whilst there may be an element of running within the groups, we tend to focus more on low impact work to strengthen and support the body. As the body is designed to run shorter distances, we avoid excessive running which can often hinder range and flexibility..

As we teach progressive exercises with technique, we encourage clients to commit to a minimum of 3 months to get used to the new patterns and techniques. Not only do we give you full exercise training and support, we also provide you with nutritional guidance to help you get the most out of the groups.

As if that wasn’t enough, we arrange a challenge at the end of every quarter to help give you a real focus. As all our members will agree, our challenges are unique, challenge the body in a variety of ways and they’re all done in support of local charity.
