To be a member of our training team, trainers must be advanced fitness professionals, fully accredited with The Register of Exercise Professionals (REPs) and have that extra something that sets them aside within the industry.
We’re passionate about the coaching that we deliver and that is why we insist that are trainers stay committed to their own health and fitness to offer the very best in coaching.


Jenny
Jenny
Although her passion lies very much in health and wellbeing, Jenny has spent over 6 years in project management which has developed her as a high performing individual within the civil service. Jenny is both a high level athlete and an experienced coach in group instruction.
As an experienced Neuro-Linguistic Programming practitioner, Jenny has a unique specialisation enabling her to combine this skill with her expertise in nutritional therapy. This wealth and variety of experience gives Jenny exceptional understanding of the body and its movement. Jenny specialises in core function, sports specific training and nutrition.
Phill
Phill
Phill has a diverse range of experience within the fitness industry. During 6 years of active service within the British Forces, as an Arabic interpreter, Phill’s passion for pushing himself and ability to motivate others became a focal point in his future career choices. After successful completion of the Paratrooper course and numerous endurance events, including 7 marathons in 7 days for charity, he decided to pursue a channel that would greater reflect his experience and nurture his will to help others.

Phill is an advanced personal trainer, a GP referral consultant, advanced functional trainer, kettlebell instructor and has a great deal of experience managing and mentoring other personal trainers. As well as also being an NLP practitioner, he specialises in weight loss, endurance conditioning and body movement.
Dan
Dan
Dan has been involved in the fitness industry for a good number of years and is extremely passionate about passing on how enthusiasm. Originally from a sports coaching background, Dan has moved more into personal training and specialises in weight loss, muscle toning and general well being.

Dan is a big believer in kettlebells and circuit style training with his coaching. A very personable character with an eye for detail, Dan shares his passion for exercise with all his clients making all training thorough but most importantly fun and enjoyable.
Mike
Mike
Mike has over 10 years of experience working in the health & fitness industry and has become one of the most exciting and inspiring personal trainers in the Leeds and Yorkshire area. He services a diverse portfolio of clients, has contributed to local media article on health & fitness and is a lecturer at the Yorkshire College of Beauty therapy.

His dedication to improve people’s lives through exercise activity is his passion. Mike will help offer you direction and motivation all the way to your specific goals. He will help you understand how your body works and responds to exercise activity, making your exercise time much more productive, effective and fun!
James
James
James has been actively involved within sport and fitness for over 10 years with a background in rugby and athletics. He has played with and trained elite rugby players with emphasis on strength and conditioning. James has a degree in Sports and Exercise Science and strives to fulfil his passion of ensuring not only himself but others around him to achieve their goals.

James is a firm believer in having fun whilst training hard. He places emphasis on Kettle Bells, Thump Boxing and power training as elements of diverse training methods to ensure best results for his clients. He specialises in weight loss, sports conditioning and strength training.
Simon

Simon has over nine years experience as a Physical Trainer, he served in the British Army on operations in the UK and overseas for thirteen years and spent seven years as a Army Physical Training Instructor.
Simon Represented the Army in Concept Rowing, X-Country and was selected to represent the British Army in Power Lifting at the World Firefighter Games in Hong Kong in 2006.

Since leaving the British Army in 2009 has built up a successful Personal Training Business at DW Sports in Byker.
He is a highly motivated and driven individual, with a wealth of experience and knowledge and has worked with clients of all backgrounds from World Class Athletics to recovering from major surgery and in need of rehabilitation.

Simon believes to get anywhere in life you have to give 100% and his favourite quote is "look up for inspiration and down for desperation".
Kieran

Sport, Fitness and Education has been a founding of Kieran's life. His enthusiasm and passion for the industry can make the most challenging work fun and enjoyable.
Graduating with excellence in Sport, Kieran then homed his expertise into qualifying as a personal trainer before spending time in the forces.

Kieran's wealth and variety of experience make him an exceptional coach able to effectively operate with an extremely diverse range of abilities, ages and levels.
Favouring more functional exercise that has purpose, Kieran is a huge advocate of kettlebell training, free body conditioning, kinetic chain patterns and getting the greatest benefits out of time spent exercising.
Alyson

Prior to training within the Health and Fitness Industry, Alyson spent 21 years working within the Civil Service at a senior level. Working at management level developed many skills, most importantly the ability to motivate individuals to challenge their own barriers.

Alyson has been working within the industry for a year and has primarily focused on expanding her knowledge working within the Personal Training environment. She specialises in weight loss, toning and promoting a healthy lifestyle.

Alyson is an advocate of body and free weight exercise within circuit based formats, believing that this is the key to enhancing body image and posture whilst keeping exercise challenging.
More recently Alyson has been delivering group sessions and has thrived in this environment. Her passion for making exercise fresh, challenging and more importantly fun whilst remaining focussed on the clients goal is her main aim.
